We ship within Ghana from our dispatch point in Dome, Accra. This page tells you what to expect — how long, how much, and what happens if something goes sideways on the way to you.
Where we ship
Right now we ship to addresses inside Ghana. Greater Accra is our day-to-day delivery zone; orders to other regions are arranged on a case-by-case basis (see §05). International shipping is not yet live — if you’re ordering from outside Ghana, the site will let you know at checkout.
Delivery times — Greater Accra
For orders placed before 4 pmon a working day, we aim to dispatch the same day and have your jars delivered within a few hours of dispatch. Orders placed after 4 pm, on weekends, or on public holidays go out the next working day.
Once a driver is on the way you’ll get their phone number and a live ETA from the courier app (Uber / Yango).
Delivery fees — Greater Accra
We dispatch via Uber Connect and Yango Delivery, so the fee you’ll see at checkout is the live courier quote from our dispatch point to your address. There’s no SBC markup on delivery.
Typical Greater Accra fee ranges between GHS 20 and GHS 80, depending on distance and time of day. Longer trips (Tema, Kasoa, airport area) sit at the top of that range; closer addresses (Achimota, East Legon, Madina) sit at the bottom.
How dispatch works
When your order is paid, we pack the jars and request a pickup on Uber or Yango. The driver collects from our Dome dispatch point and brings the parcel straight to the address you gave at checkout. If the driver can’t reach you on the phone number you provided, the parcel comes back to us and we’ll email you to arrange a second attempt — a second-attempt courier fee may apply.
Outside Greater Accra
We can ship to other regions in Ghana (Kumasi, Cape Coast, Tamale, Takoradi, etc.) by arrangement. The fee and delivery time depend on the courier we use for your region (typically an intercity bus parcel service or a national courier).
Place your order as normal, then message us on WhatsApp +233 24 872 9630 with your order number — we’ll confirm the courier option and updated delivery fee before dispatch.
If something goes wrong
If your order arrives damaged, melted, short, or does not arrive, message us within 7 days of deliverywith a photo and your order number. We’ll replace it or refund it — your choice. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 working days.
